PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS
Due to the ongoing COVID19 crisis, we have implemented a few enhancements to our scheduled exports module to aid with reporting during this time. This maintenance release will not affect the scheduled Release Notes (v5.23) on April 22, 2020. As always, please don’t hesitate to contact Customer Support if you have any questions.
To schedule the exports below, navigate to Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports > NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE.
Guest Details by Arrival Date Export
In response to the COVID19 pandemic, we have added a Guest Details by Arrival Date Export, which provides a list of all guests, including ID details, that arrived the previous day. The Guest Details by Arrival Date Export contains a record for each guest, including accompanying guests. If a reservation has two or more guest cards attached, this will result in two or more records on the export for that reservation. Cancelled and no-show reservations will be excluded from this export. The export is available in CSV format and will aid with guest details reporting to governments where required. This export can be scheduled on a daily basis for yesterday’s arrivals or run ad hoc for a defined date.

Cancellations by Arrival Date Export/Cancellations by Cancel Date Export
In response to the COVID19 pandemic, we have added a Cancellations by Arrival Date Export and a Cancellations by Cancel Date Export. Similar to the Cancellation Report, they provide additional data, including predicted revenue, cancellation reasons, and totals for the specified time frame. These exports can be based on either arrival date or cancellation date and are available in CSV format. Furthermore, they can be scheduled on a regular basis with predefined timeframes or run ad hoc for a specific date range.
