Error Message: "Neither PUB key nor PRIV key: nested asn1 error" Received from MLI Requires Updated Certificates

If MerchantLink connection is failing in Stayntouch Admin, and you receive the following error message, follow the steps below.

1. MLI will need to regenerate the certificates.

2. Upon getting regenerated certificates from MLI, Stayntouch Admin should apply the updated certificates and test them on a test reservation in production.

3. You should then receive a successful authorization and be able to process the payment with no error.
