Required Integration Steps for Lightspeed

The below offers a relatively simple list of items needed to integrate Lightspeed POS with Stayntouch PMS:

Client to reach out to Stayntouch CSM and Stayntouch Project Coordinator to schedule integration between Stayntouch PMS and Lightspeed.
Client to provide Lightspeed contact details to Implementations (implementations@stayntouch.com).
Client to coordinate Lightspeed product mapping with Lightspeed contact.
Once Lightspeed mapping is complete, Lightspeed contact is to provide Implementations with the following:
- Lightspeed property code
- URL to connect to Lightspeed POS
- Username
- Password
Once the above is completed, Stayntouch will use the above credentials to access the POS instance and “pull” the mappings directly into Stayntouch PMS.
Stayntouch will test to ensure proper connectivity and that your F&B outlet is ready to go.
