Required Integration Steps for Lightspeed


The below offers a relatively simple list of items needed to integrate Lightspeed POS with Stayntouch PMS:

  • Client to reach out to Stayntouch CSM and Stayntouch Project Coordinator to schedule integration between Stayntouch PMS and Lightspeed.
  • Client to provide Lightspeed contact details to Implementations (implementations@stayntouch.com).
  • Client to coordinate Lightspeed product mapping with Lightspeed contact.
  • Once Lightspeed mapping is complete, Lightspeed contact is to provide Implementations with the following:
    • Lightspeed property code
    • URL to connect to Lightspeed POS
    • Username
    • Password
  • Once the above is completed, Stayntouch will use the above credentials to access the POS instance and “pull” the mappings directly into Stayntouch PMS.
  • Stayntouch will test to ensure proper connectivity and that your F&B outlet is ready to go.
