Information Shared in a Hotel Chain Setting

In a chain setting, some elements, like guest, travel agent, and company cards, are shared, but this access is permission controlled. If, however, you update a card, other hotels within the chain with the correct permissions can edit or remove certain information. To avoid this type of issue, you will need to coordinate with the other properties in the chain, so existing cards are not re-appropriated incorrectly.
