Stayntouch PMS Room Upsell/Upgrade for Stayntouch Guest Kiosk
Room upsell/upgrade for Stayntouch Guest Kiosk will only work when you have all the necessary room types assigned to the rate code attached to the reservation. Moreover, the room types must also be assigned to the appropriate upsell levels if you wish to offer that room type as an upgrade. Once you have the room types assigned to the rate code and appropriate upsell levels, you will be able to offer the room as an upgrade.
1. Configure the appropriate upsell settings as below.
2. The upsell from LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 2 will not work if the desired room types (in this case BUNK Pod x 1 and BUNK Pod x 2) are not assigned to the rate.
3. Instead, BUNK Pod x 1 and BUNK Pod x 2 should be added to Assigned Room Types if you wish to offer the room type as an upgrade.
