Linking Rates to a Contract


As per new contracts functionality, you must first build a rate and then link it to a contract. You can have one contract for many rates. For example, in the screenshot below, there are three rates listed under the "2019 Rates for Exeter Farm & Feed" contract.


You can then also link this "2019 Rates for Exeter Farm & Feed" contract to another agent. This is helpful in scenarios where there are parent and subsidiary companies entitled to the same contract.
