Intended Procedure for Zest Web Billing


If a reservation has a routing, and the guest checks out via Zest Web, Rover will settle the bill and send the invoice to the email attached to the Guest Card. This is the intended procedure. To confirm an invoice has been sent, you can navigate to Financials > Journal > PAYMENTS, and Zest Web check-outs will be marked with ZEST.
