How to Sync a Company Card Between iHotelier and StayNTouch Cloud PMS
To sync a Company Card between iHotelier and StayNTouch Cloud PMS to allow the data to transfer back and forth between the two, first navigate to Revenue Management > Company & TA Cards > Begin typing in the search bar > Select +ADD NEW.
When prompted, select CREATE NEW COMPANY CARD.
From there, enter the required details for the new Company Card. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*).
One of the key things you will need to create next is a CORPORATE ID for your Company Card. Once you have done so, you can select SAVE NEW CARD. Please note, this CORPORATE ID will be used to link data with iHotelier.
Upon saving this information, you will then navigate to iHotelier to enter the same information. First navigate to My Property > Corporate Accounts > + Add a New Corporate Account and enter the information as illustrated below.
Please note, this information must be the same as entered in StayNTouch Cloud PMS, and the PMS Corporate Code entered here should match the CORPORATE ID in StayNTouch Cloud PMS. After you have entered the information exactly as in StayNTouch Cloud PMS, select Insert to save your changes in iHotelier.
Upon creating a Company Card in iHotelier, you can go to Manage Rates & Availability > Rates and Inventory > Rate Plans to select the different rates you want transferred over.
Please note, upon selecting a rate, you will need to ensure the Associated Corporate Profile is linked to the Company Card you just created. After you have done so, as reservations get booked, the data will be synced between iHotelier and StayNTouch Cloud PMS.
