How to Sync a Company Card Between SynXis and StayNTouch Cloud PMS


To sync a Company Card between SynXis and StayNTouch Cloud PMS to allow the data to transfer back and forth between the two, first navigate to Revenue Management > Company & TA Cards > Begin typing in the search bar > Select +ADD NEW.



When prompted, select CREATE NEW COMPANY CARD.



From there, enter the required details for the new Company Card. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*).



One of the key things you will need to create next is a CORPORATE ID for your Company Card. Once you have done so, you can select SAVE NEW CARD. Please note, this CORPORATE ID will be used to link data with SynXis.



Upon saving this information, you will then navigate to SynXis to enter the same information. First navigate to Manage > Profiles > Company Profile > + Add New Company Profile and enter the information as illustrated below.



Please note, this information must be the same as entered in StayNTouch Cloud PMS, and the Source Code and Profile ID entered here should match the CORPORATE ID in StayNTouch Cloud PMS. After you have entered the information exactly as in StayNTouch Cloud PMS, under Rate Assignment, select the rates you want to sync between StayNTouch Cloud PMS and SynXis.



Finally, under Branch Setup, you will need to enter the Source Code/Profile ID from above for Code, Name, and Password. Once you have done so, select Save to allow data to be synced between StayNTouch Cloud PMS and SynXis.
