How to Sync a Company Card Between Windsurfer and StayNTouch Cloud PMS
To sync a Company Card between Windsurfer and StayNTouch Cloud PMS to allow the data to transfer back and forth between the two, first navigate to Revenue Management > Company & TA Cards > Begin typing in the search bar > Select +ADD NEW.
When prompted, select CREATE NEW COMPANY CARD.
From there, enter the required details for the new Company Card. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*).
One of the key things you will need to create next is a CORPORATE ID for your Company Card. Once you have done so, you can select SAVE NEW CARD. Please note, this CORPORATE ID will be used to link data with Windsurfer.
Upon saving this information, you will then navigate to Windsurfer to enter the same information. First navigate to Profiles > Corporation > Create New and enter the information as illustrated below.
Please note, this information must be the same as entered in StayNTouch Cloud PMS, and the Corporate Code entered here should match the CORPORATE ID in StayNTouch Cloud PMS. After you have entered the information exactly as in StayNTouch Cloud PMS, select Create New to save your changes in Windsurfer.
Upon creating a Company Card in Windsurfer, you can go to Rate Management > Rate Code to select the different rates you want transferred over.
Once you have selected a rate from your list of rate codes, enter the same Corporate Code/CORPORATE ID as mentioned above under Default Corp Account. Upon entering this code, select Save, and now as reservations get booked, the data that comes from the Default Corp Account will always pull over and link to StayNTouch Cloud PMS.
