How to Extend the Contract Date for a Global Contract
You will be unable to extend a contract date if a Company Card is marked as Global and therefore shared with other properties. To extend such a contract, follow the below steps:
1. Disable the Global attribute for the Company Card from Revenue Management > Company & TA Cards > Search Company Card.
2. Extend the end date of the parent rate to which the contract is bound to the desired value from Settings > Rates > Rates > Select Rate > ADDITIONAL DETAILS.
3. Extend the contract date to the desired date from Revenue Management > Company & TA Cards > Search Company Card > Contracts Tab.
4. Re-enable the Global attribute for the contract.
