Authorization Rules: Handling of Day Use Reservations
Day Use reservations are now treated the same as overnight reservations as it pertains to authorization rules (room charges + incidentals per one day consumption per guest).
Rover Stationery Expanded to Support Additional Languages
Rover stationery has been expanded with the capability to support the following additional languages:
Your Customer Support team is working on putting the corresponding translations in place. To discuss which languages are currently supported, or to participate in the effort to translate specific languages, please contact Customer Support.
Stationery: Set Default Language When Guest Language Is Not Present on Guest Card
We have added a DEFAULT tag in Settings > Hotel & Staff > Languages, which when active, will set the tagged language as the default stationery language when the guest language is not present on the guest card.
To make another language the default language, hover to the right of the language, and a blue MAKE DEFAULT button will appear for selection.
If no language is marked DEFAULT, then the first language in the Languages list will become the default stationery language.
The default language will appear on the folio, confirmation emails, and other stationery.
Search Fields Added to the Journal Summary, Revenue, and Payment Screens
You can now search by the following filters in the Journal Summary, Revenue, and Payment screens:
Reservation/Account Name (i.e., guest first/last name, group/allotment name)
A/R Invoice Number (this option is only available from the Journal Summary tab)
Folio Number Label Added to SNT Admin
You can now enter a unique folio number label. This setting must be enabled by SNT admin, so contact Customer Support to have it turned on for your hotel.
Zest Station: Room Location/Instructions Added to Room Configuration
Room location and instructions are now displayed in Zest Station as part of key pick-up or after successful check-in and are translatable into the hotel’s active languages.

Rate Name and Number of Guests Added to the Confirmation Email
Rate name and the number of guests attached to a reservation are now visible on the confirmation email.
Multi-Language Support for Stationery and Zest
The following elements can now be translated for stationery and Zest:
To translate these elements, select a language from the dropdown menu at the following destinations:
Settings > Rates > Rates > Select a Rate
Settings > Rates > Add-Ons > Select an Add-On
Settings > Financials > Charge Codes > Select a Charge Code
Settings > Rooms > Room Types > Select a Room Type
Settings > Rates > Rules & Restrictions > Rules > Select a Cancellation Penalty or Deposit Request
COUNTRY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Spain Barcelona Police Export
Due to legal requirements in Spain, we have added a Spain Barcelona Police Export that can be enabled by SNT admin. To turn on this feature for your hotel, please contact Customer Support. Once activated, you can schedule this report from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports.
Police Export Defaults in Hotel Admin
Due to legal requirements in certain countries, countries with Police Export activated now have the option to set Police Export defaults in Settings > Stats & Reports > Police Export Defaults. From here, you can select a default COUNTRY and NATIONALITY.
Once set, any guest card without a country or nationality selected will automatically default to whatever country and nationality was selected from Police Export Defaults.
