How to Avoid Duplication of Delphi-Originated Group Blocks in Stayntouch PMS


1. Please note, as per current implementation, only the following group hold statuses are supported for integration with Delphi:

  • Tentative
  • Definite 
  • Cancel


2. Group block code (PMS code) should not be added in Delphi. Group codes are automatically assigned by Stayntouch PMS when the group integrates.
