"Limit Arrival Times Based on Hotel's Local Time" Toggle Explained

The LIMIT ARRIVAL TIMES BASED ON HOTEL'S LOCAL TIME toggle is based on the hotel's current time. For example, if the current local time is 3PM EST, and you enable this parameter, during Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in, the dropdown box for time selection will display 3PM and onward.

The limits are set based on the hotel's present time in order to prevent selection of an ETA that has already past.

Note: The hotel check-in time indicates the time that the hotel allows guests to check in. This is not a parameter that stops or prevents Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in. To control or limit the arrival time via Stayntouch Guest Mobility, please configure early check-in setup from Settings > Promos & Upsells > Upsell Early Check-In.
