Rates Coming into Stayntouch PMS from a Revenue Management System 


Rates coming into Stayntouch PMS from your Revenue Management System (RMS) will fail if they have rates and restrictions for a room type that is not configured as part of the rate.  


To resolve this, your hotel needs to do one of two things:


1. Add the room type to the rate plan from Settings > Rates > Rates > Select desired rate > Room Types, OR



2. Remove the room type from the rate in the RMS. This should then successfully update in both Stayntouch PMS and the RMS.
