How to Configure Late Check-Out Add-Ons for Stayntouch Guest Mobility and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk

To configure the Late Check-Out add-on for Stayntouch Guest Mobility and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk, navigate to Settings > Rates > Add-Ons > Select the desired add-on.

Select the checkboxes for Bestseller and Reservation Only. Remember to select SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.

Next, navigate to Settings > Rates > Add-Ons > UPSELL ADD-ONS.

Toggle ON both Check In Using Guest Mobility Web and Check In Using Guest Mobility Station. Remember to select SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.

From there, navigate to Settings > Rates > Add-Ons > Guest Mobility Web Add-Ons to configure the add-on for Stayntouch Guest Mobility.

Toggle ON the desired add-on under OFFER. Remember to select SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.

Finally, you will need to do the same thing for Stayntouch Guest Kiosk. Navigate to Settings > Rates > Add-Ons > Kiosk Add-Ons. Toggle ON the desired add-on under OFFER. Remember to select SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.

To test on Stayntouch Guest Kiosk after the add-on has been configured, refresh Stayntouch Guest Kiosk using the shortcut keys Control+Shift+R.

If you do not want to offer more than one late check-out option, you can disable the ones you do not want by toggling OFF the appropriate add-on(s) under OFFER.

If you would like to add a LATE CHECK-OUT ADD-ON IMAGE, you can upload one from Settings > Promos & Upsell > Upsell Late Check-Out > LATE CHECK-OUT ADD-ON IMAGE.

Please note, when configuring Stayntouch Guest Kiosk settings from Settings > Kiosk > General, you will also be given the option to select Configurable Images. These images must be 905 x 540 pixels in size, ideally under 200k.

Note: Larger images need longer load time during the guest check-in process, and smaller images may not display well on iPads and mobile devices.
