Room Upsells: Avoid Double Posting of Room Rate


For room upsells, if you want to upsell without any additional charges, you need to enter 0.00 as the upsell amount and not the room rate as the upsell amount. If you enter the full room rate as the upsell charge, the system will charge the full rate for the upsell in addition to the normal room rate.
