How to Change a Single Guest Check-In Date for a Group


If a single guest in a group is checking in at an earlier date, you first need to change the stay date of the group and allocate rooms for the new date. If the guest is the only reservation in the group coming a day early, first change the start date of the group, and under the ROOM BLOCK DETAILS tab of the group, allocate the guest's room type for that date. Then you will be able to change the arrival date of that reservation.


If shoulder dates are activated for your property, you'll need to ensure that shoulder dates encompass the arrival date for the single guest. If the shoulder dates don't encompass the arrival date for the single guest, then you'll need to follow the same steps as indicated above.
