Remove Tax from a Rate So Present and Future Bookings Have Room Charge Only

To remove tax from a rate so that any bookings made today and beyond will have room charge only, you need to create a new rate valid from today that will use the appropriate charge code in the future. Remember to add the rate and room types in Settings > Rates > Channel Manager and build the rate and mapping accordingly in your channel manager itself. You can also change the charge code to one without tax attached.
