Stayntouch PMS Instance Selection


Version 2.3.0.1 of the Stayntouch app is now available for installation for all of our customers via the App Store. When updating to this newest version, you must select an instance (pms.stayntouch.com, pms.us.stayntouch.com, or pms.eu.stayntouch.com). You should contact Customer Support with any questions you have about your Stayntouch PMS instance. 




If you select the wrong instance, you can change it by tapping the orange "n" of the Stayntouch logo on the login screen repeatedly 6 times. Upon doing so, you will be presented with a screen to SWITCH ROVER INSTANCE (see below).



From there, you will be directed back to the Select Instance screen.



Depending on your selection, you will either be directed to pms.stayntouch.com, pms.us.stayntouch.com, or pms.eu.stayntouch.com. Your selection should be based on the link you normally use to log into Stayntouch PMS.
