What to Do If End of Day Isn't Running for the Previous Day
If End of Day isn't running for the previous day, navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Settings & Parameters.
From this page, toggle OFF the AUTO CHANGE BUSINESS DATE, then be sure to select the SAVE button.
Next, navigate to Front Desk > End of Day and click the blue RUN EOD button to manually start EOD.
Please note, turning OFF the AUTO CHANGE BUSINESS DATE toggle will require that EOD be run manually. If you need to return to automatic EOD, you can revert this change at any time by turning ON the AUTO CHANGE BUSINESS DATE toggle.
