What to Do If End of Day Isn't Running for the Previous Day


If End of Day (EOD) for the previous day hasn't started 45 minutes after the scheduled start time, you can run EOD manually from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Settings & Parameters. Please note, EOD can start up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.



From this page, toggle OFF the AUTO CHANGE BUSINESS DATE toggle, then be sure to select the SAVE button. 


 

Next, navigate to Front Desk > End of Day and click the blue RUN EOD button to manually start EOD.



Please note, turning OFF the AUTO CHANGE BUSINESS DATE toggle will require that EOD be run manually. If you need to return to automatic EOD, you can revert this change at any time by turning ON the AUTO CHANGE BUSINESS DATE toggle.
