Guest Credit Card Authorization and Interface Postings
If interface postings aren't working for a property, the hotel will need to make sure the toggle for Check Guest Authorization for Interface Postings is turned OFF.
If this option is turned ON, the guest will only be able to pay in cash and will not be able to make phone calls or post charges from any other interface. If the guest has credit card authorization, but it is not higher than the amount on the call, the interface will deny the charge.
To toggle this setting OFF, navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Settings & Parameters. Once this option is turned OFF, interface postings will be successful.
