Troubleshooting Communication Issues Between Delphi and Stayntouch PMS


If there seems to be an issue with messages from Stayntouch PMS reaching Delphi, the hotel IT representative should restart the NwsAgentService on the PC that is hosting said service. If the service cannot be located, then the hotel should reach out to Amadeus support to get the NwsAgentService restarted on the Delphi machine and then re-trigger an update from Delphi for groups that aren't current in Stayntouch PMS. Once that is completed, Stayntouch and the hotel can check if there is inbound communication from Delphi.
