Guest Check-Out Emails
In Settings > Zest > Check-Out, you can choose to send guests more than one check-out email. Please note, however, guests will only be sent one check-out email if they respond to the first email. The second email will only be sent if they do not respond to the first email.
If guests would like to receive an additional invoice after checking out, you will need to do so manually from the Stay Card. You'll see a record of this in the Stay Card Activity Log.
You will also see in the email logs below a record of what was sent to the guest.
