Group Inventory via SiteMinder

As of the current Stayntouch PMS to SiteMinder integration, we do not send group inventory. The current workaround is to build the group rate with a rate code that the guest can use on a booking engine. Once the guest books the reservation, and the reservation integrates to Stayntouch PMS, you should add the reservation to the group by adding the group card from the reservation stay card.

1. Search and select the reservation.

2. Once the stay card is open, select the group card.

3. Once the group appears, select it and link the group to the reservation.

4. Confirm your reservation is now attached to the group.
