Zest Web: Reservations with Routing
Under previous functionality, guests with a reservation with routing (EXCLUDE RESERVATIONS WITH ROUTING FROM EMAIL INVITE parameter ON) were still able to use mobile check-in. When the reservation update for routing instruction is not received in time for the email delivery batch to be updated, guests received the email and gained access to mobile check-in.
Now, with the EXCLUDE RESERVATIONS WITH ROUTING FROM EMAIL INVITE parameter ON, guests will instead be directed to check-in at the front desk and will receive the following message: "Recent changes to the payment arrangement on your reservation no longer allow performing a web-based check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you at the hotel."
