How to Refresh a Stayntouch Guest Kiosk

How to Refresh a Stayntouch Guest Kiosk 


To ensure Stayntouch Guest Kiosks are completing guest check-in/check-out, make sure the kiosks are refreshed periodically. 


To do so, first navigate to the Stayntouch Guest Kiosk home screen. On this screen, there is a hidden button on the bottom right corner. Simply tap in the bottom right corner (see arrow indicator in the screenshot below) until you are directed to an ADMINISTRATOR page. 

 

 

From there, select LOGIN and enter an ADMIN USERNAME and ADMIN PASSWORD





You will then be directed to the below page, where you will see the option to select a REFRESH button. Select this button to refresh the kiosk. 

 


Two other options for refreshing Stayntouch Guest Kiosks are as follows:


1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Utilities > Workstations and toggle ON REFRESH STATION. This refresh happens only once (Stayntouch Guest Kiosk has to be on the iPad home screen after the refresh is turned ON). After refreshing the Stayntouch Guest Kiosk, the toggle is turned OFF automatically.



2. Tap the hotel logo five times continuously from the Stayntouch Guest Kiosk ADMINISTRATOR screen (no need to log in).
