Error Message When Creating Keys via Saflok


If a hotel receives the following error message when creating keys via Saflok (see below), please check configuration on the Saflok server.


“YOU MUST REQUEST AT LEAST 1 KEY. CHANGE AND RE-REQUEST. YOU MUST REQUEST AT LEAST 1 KEY. CHANGE AND RE-REQUEST.“


Upon doing so, the hotel will need to select both checkboxes as indicated in the screenshot below. 



Please note, both Expanded Key Name and Extended Key Information need to be checked from the Configuration tab on the Saflok Interface Request Server (IRS) - GUI screen.
