How to Remove a Reservation from a Group/Allotment Block


See the below steps to remove a reservation from a group/allotment block.

1. Access the stay card of the reservation you would like to remove from the group/allotment block and open the group/allotment card.
 



2. Click REMOVE GROUP (DETACH for allotments).



3. The Rooms & Rates screen will show no availability for the reservation dates. Click on Show Restrictions to select a new rate or room type.



4. You'll then get a ROOM TYPE AVAILABILITY CONFLICT message. Click CONTINUE to proceed.



5. This successfully removes the reservation from the group/allotment. The pick-up room value for the group/allotment updates accordingly.
