How to Create Deposit Rules

To create deposit rules for a hotel, navigate to Settings > Rates > Rules & Restrictions > Rules > Deposit Requests > +Add New Rule.

Upon doing so, enter information in the fields for POLICY NAME, DESCRIPTION, AMOUNT, and AMOUNT TYPE. The fields for ALLOW EDITING OF DEPOSIT PAYMENT, APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS, NO DEPOSIT REQUEST ON RESERVATIONS WITH ROUTED CHARGE, PER NIGHT OR STAY, MAX NUMBER OF NIGHTS, and DAYS IN ADVANCE are all optional.

Once you've entered the necessary information, select SAVE CHANGES to add the deposit request.
