Configuring Hotel Logo for Stationery

When configuring the hotel logo for stationery (e.g., the check-in, check-out email, etc.), you have two options: (1) Choose to show the Hotel Logo or (2) choose to show the Hotel Picture.

Your first option is to upload a HOTEL LOGO IMAGE FOR TEMPLATES from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Hotel Details.

For the Hotel Logo, please provide images in a JPEG format, sized at 500x115 pixels, ideally under 200K. Please note, larger images require a longer loading time, and smaller images may not display well on iPads and mobile devices.

The second option is to upload a HOTEL PICTURE from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Stationery > General Settings > Hotel Picture.

Please note, some hotels choose to use their Hotel Logo (as it displays in Stayntouch PMS) AND a Hotel Picture in their banner. Your choices are to use one of the following:

The template logo
The Hotel Logo OR Hotel Picture
The template logo AND Hotel Picture
The Hotel Logo AND Hotel Picture
Nothing at all
