Stayntouch Guest Kiosk User Role
If users get routed to Stayntouch Guest Kiosk instead of the dashboard, this is because they are assigned the Zest Station role from Settings > Hotel & Staff > User Setup > Select/+ ADD NEW User > ASSIGNED ROLES. The solution is to remove the Zest Station role from the user.
Please note, when creating users in Stayntouch PMS, new users will receive a confirmation email for their role. Users will need to confirm their role via this email for it to be activated in Stayntouch PMS. The hotel should only assign one role per user, because if more than one role is assigned to a user, the roles will be in conflict with each other and yield unpredictable results.
Furthermore, the role of housekeeping and maintenance staff is to configure which people are assigned different tasks on the worksheet page, so assign as needed.
