  • 02:19: Massive improvements to ID collection on Stayntouch PMS, Stayntouch Guest Mobility, and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk:
    • 03:11, 09:04: Stayntouch PMS—Setting, check-in, check-in on iPad
      • 12:16: ID archival transfer for scanned guest IDs to comply with regulatory or legal requirements
    • 06:11, 10:05: Stayntouch Guest Mobility—Admin configuration, check-in, facial recognition, check-in completed upon ID verification
    • 07:07, 10:27: Stayntouch Guest Kiosk—Check-in with ID scan using external webcam, admin configuration, ID collection flow (iPad only), facial recognition, remove/suspend guest from reservation
  • 14:27: Additional Stayntouch PMS enhancements:
    • 14:32: Group rooming list updates
    • 15:40: Restrictions for rooms set to OOS
    • 16:48: Search features for invoices without folio numbers
    • 17:16: Currency conversion
    • 19:23: Admin charge code setup
