Housekeeping: Assign Due Out Rooms

To assign due out rooms to housekeeping, you will need to select Dirty and Pickup as the Departure Clean task under Room Status. To do so, navigate to Settings > Rooms > Task Management > Open Departure Clean in the Task List section.

Furthermore, to prevent unassigned rooms that were previously Out of Order or Out of Service from showing as dirty when they come out of maintenance, please also select Not Reserved underneath RESERVATION STATUS.

Please note, selecting or not selecting pickup is up to the hotel and depends on their specific requirements.
