How to Add Emails to EOD Reports for Automatic Delivery
To add email addresses to your EOD report for automatic delivery, please complete the following steps:
- Go to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Settings & Parameters.
- Enter emails as semicolon separated values in the field labeled Email Recipient for EOD Reports.
Please note, historical data or snapshots for past dates can be viewed for the Guest Balance, A/R Summary, and Deposit Summary Reports if emailed during the EOD procedure.
**The Guest Balance Report can also be scheduled to deliver daily under Reports > Scheduled Reports/Exports.**
