Key Creation via Stayntouch PMS and Ving
If key creation via Stayntouch PMS stops working, but key creation via Ving continues to work, please ensure that connectivity between the Ving server and Stayntouch PMS is successful.
Your Customer Support specialist will be able to log into Telnet to test the Ving IP and port to confirm access between Ving and Stayntouch PMS. Your hotel Network Specialist should make sure that all of the following IP addresses are whitelisted on port 4000 to ensure connectivity:
- Please find below a list of Stayntouch IP addresses (for customers logging into the PMS with the https://pms.stayntouch.com/ link), which will need to be granted access to the interface PC (also referred to as the Comtrol PC).
