Key Creation via Rover PMS and Saflok


If key creation via Rover PMS stops working, but key creation via Saflok is still working, your hotel will need to restart the Saflok service. The "LENSPMSWebService" is a Windows service that runs on the Saflok server and controls the ability for StayNTouch to create keys. If these services are not running, keys cannot be created in the PMS. If the restart of the service fails to reconnect StayNTouch and Saflok, please restart the Saflok server and ensure this service is running.


Your Customer Support specialist will be able to log into Telnet to test the Saflok IP and port to confirm access between Saflok and StayNTouch. Your hotel Network Specialist should make sure that all of the following IP addresses are whitelisted on port 80 to ensure connectivity:

  • 107.20.88.165
  • 18.204.122.217
  • 18.235.212.108
  • 35.175.41.146
  • 52.0.227.64
  • 54.144.36.255
  • 146.20.40.30
