This video will cover the latest feature updates from the Stayntouch PMS v5.0 Release.
This release focuses primarily on building out the ID scanning and collection capabilities of Stayntouch PMS, Stayntouch Guest Mobility, and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk. It also covers a new Auto Charge screen and some important updates to our billing and invoice functions.
- 02:03: Access a new Auto Charge screen to review all reservations that are being auto checked out
- 06:25: Display unique A/R invoice numbers and other mandatory fields to comply with EU compliance requirements
- 08:22: Add email invoices to the activity log so hotel users know when invoices are being sent
- 09:43: Manage ID scanning and collection during check-in for both Stayntouch PMS and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk
