This video explains how to configure Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in.
- 00:08: Navigate to Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in setup
- 00:37: Enable Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in emails
- 00:45: Enable pre-check-in only
- 01:04: Choose to send check-in emails only to reservations that are credit card guaranteed
- 01:22: Select a check-in action item that will activate specifically when pre-check-in only is enabled
- 02:35: Select a time in minutes prior to arrival time for guests to begin checking in via pre-check-in

- 03:35: Select to send reservations that are not credit card guaranteed to the front desk
