A Guide to GMS Embedded Screens  

OVERVIEW:

• In order to activate membership program embedded in Stayntouch PMS from GMS, turn on the membership program toggle in Stayntouch PMS > Admin > Interfaces > CRM > GMS

• In Stayntouch PMS, find any reservation and open the stay card > Loyalty > +Add. This now calls the GMS program within Stayntouch PMS:

• Next, on the GMS screen, there are multiple options, and Stayntouch PMS passes the guest information to GMS, so if a member is found in GMS, the GMS screen will show the existing program info:

• The user can choose to use this membership in Stayntouch PMS by selecting the USE MEMBERSHIP button or:

  • Create new membership from here

  • Search for other memberships from here

  • Search other memberships
