Enable Suites & Group Blocks
Summary:
Group blocks can now be configured to include suite / component rooms.
New Saflok Setting
- Stayntouch PMS can now handle suite door key encoding (for use with the Saflok key integration only). Details here.

New Integration: Avida Financial Services
Avida Finance is a credit company that provides financial solutions and services for companies and individuals in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. If your property is interested in interfacing with this integration, submit a support ticket here.
New Integration: Infrasec
Infrasec Solutions provides consultancy services in the Solutions Design and Information Security areas for businesses in Sweden. If your property is interested in interfacing with this integration, submit a support ticket here.
Stayntouch PMS Re-Sync Update
For efficiency purposes, we will only allow a resync to be triggered once every 10 minutes in Stayntouch PMS.
If a user attempts to trigger multiple re-syncs, the following notification appears:
Translations
You will now be able to select a language with the Guest Language drop down menu, for the following documents:
Cancellation Letter
A/R Statement
Registration Card (Stayntouch Guest Kiosk & Stayntouch PMS)
Terms & Conditions (Stayntouch Guest Kiosk & Stayntouch PMS)
By default, the language defined on the Guest Card will display for selection in Stayntouch PMS. If no preferred language has been defined for the guest, the hotel's primary language will display. Learn more here.
Stayntouch Guest Kiosk will display the Registration Card and Terms & Conditions in the language selected at the bottom of the “main” screen (see below):
