Our Recommendation for Rover-Users


READY, SET, REGISTER!


As a part of your property's on-boarding process with Rover and Helpdesk, we encourage that ALL of our users login with their property-assigned email address (for example: j.smith@warriotthotel.com, k.michael@laquanto.com). Your property's IT manager or other administrative personnel should be able to assist you with creating a unique email address with the property. 


We strongly encourage users login to Rover PMS and Helpdesk with an account associated with their property's name. 


WHY?


In an effort to provide you with the fastest turnaround to support requests, it greatly increases our response time when we can identify your property by your email address. Not to mention, it's a more secure trail than using an @gmail.com or @yahoo.com email.
