Mobile Key Email Prompt


OVERVIEW


During check in via Stayntouch Guest Kiosk, guests are prompted to choose between a mobile key and/or physical key. Note, the guest has the option to select BOTH key types, as well.



When Mobile Key is selected, the guest will be asked to ensure that their email on file is correct. (The guest receives the 3rd party app in an email. They can then download the app from there.)



End result: The guest receives an email with a link to download mobile key app.



SETUP

  • Part 1: Select template in Stayntouch Admin. (Must be done by an Stayntouch Team Member.)

    • Choose the property's template.
    • Make sure to select "Station offer mobile key." 
  • Part 2: Navigate to Settings > Guest Mobility > Mobile App Marketing

    • Configure this page.



  • Part 3: Navigate to Settings > Kiosk > Get Mobile Phone Key Email

    • Configure this page. Ensure correct toggles are ON.



  • Part 4: Navigate to Settings > Rooms > Room Key Delivery and under Station Check-Ins select Offer Mobile Phone Key - 3rd Party
