How to Bookmark Helpdesk

Create a Helpdesk bookmark to quickly navigate to our support page and look up helpful articles or submit a support request. 

Chrome  

• Navigate to Helpdesk. In the top right hand corner of the browser, click the vertical ellipsis icon.  
• Click Bookmarks > Bookmark This Page or press Command+D.
• Choose where to store the bookmark from the pop-up menu. 
• Rename the bookmark or use the name provided by Chrome.
• Click Done.

Safari  

• Navigate to Helpdesk. 
• Choose Bookmarks > Add Bookmark, press Command+D, or click the Share button and choose Add Bookmark. 
• Choose where to store the bookmark from the pop-up menu. 
• Rename the bookmark or use the name provided by Safari. 
• Click the Add button to save the bookmark.
