I would like to see a notes section within the Reservations Screen that allows management to leave notes such as LOS that are in place, in-area events, etc, that would update when dates are chosen by a clerk. In our previous PMS, there was option for this to have a pop-up note when creating a reservation that could help explain to guests on high rates, low availability without clerks having to memorize every activity/event/conference within our city.
