Important Product Update – Activation of Custom Add-Ons & Language Selection!

We’re excited to announce that on January 28, 2026 at 9am EST / 3pm CEST, Stayntouch will enable two exciting new enhancements for all properties:
1. Custom Add-Ons – More Control, More Flexibility
Custom Add-Ons will now be available to all properties. This feature gives you greater control over how and when add-ons post:
Create add-ons with a Nightly post type, then select which days of the week the add-on will post.
This enables advanced scheduling and more tailored add-on revenue strategies—for example, charging for breakfast only on weekdays or parking only on weekends.
During reservation creation or from the stay card, you can customize the posting schedule for each guest’s stay.
Add-ons configured this way will post only on the days you select, giving you granular control over revenue and guest billing.
This long-anticipated enhancement allows you to tailor add-on behavior to your property’s unique operational needs.
2. PMS Language Selection – Set Your Preferred Language
You’ll also now be able to choose your preferred language for the Stayntouch PMS user interface:
Navigate to Settings and use the “English” dropdown menu to select your desired language from the available options.
Supported PMS languages include:
English
German
French
Spanish
Dutch
Italian
Romanian
Portuguese
This update helps make the PMS more accessible for team members across your organization in their native language, improving efficiency and ease of use.
What You Need to Know
Both features will be enabled automatically for all properties on January 28, 2026.
No action is required prior to this date—you’ll simply see the new options available in your PMS after the update.
