Hello!
We recently rolled out our new registration card screen - it is intended to help you collect the information that is most important for your hotel (and, if desired, have the guest accept to terms & conditions and sign digitally without printing the reg card).
It sounds like you have the Date of Birth field marked as required in Settings > Cards > Guest Card Fields. I recommend updating that, and perhaps marking email address and phone number as required fields instead. If you do not have permission to access these settings yourself, try asking your Hotel Admin for Stayntouch for help making this change.

Hello,
there seems to be a new update on PMS when we reach the signature step, where it starts requiring the date of birth in order to proceed (won't allow us to go to the key creation step if it is not filled in). Is it possible for this feature to be modified/erased as we normally don't take our guests' dates of birth. Our most crucial details are always the email address and phone number, therefore could the birthday add on be swapped for this?
