Hi Wilnise - I would suggest configuring this as an add-on that is included on the rate code in Stayntouch so that it accurately reflects in the PMS the same way it shows on the CRS. At the moment it looks like the notes we can receive for reservations from the Sabre CRS are the deposit amount and any add ons/enhancements that they booked from the booking engine. Could we extend the feature to rate code specific notes based on any inclusions they may have, for example: a $50 resort credit already included based on the rate code booked.
