Some exciting changes are ahead! On Wednesday, April 9, after 9am EST (3pm CET), you’ll notice a couple improvements to Stayntouch PMS. Some of our highly-anticipated feature enhancements will be rolled out to all of our customers, and we highly recommend you review the explanations below to ensure you know what to expect from these changes. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Customer Support for more information about these changes.
When a reservation with 2 or more rooms is created and is not attached to a group or allotment, and a guest card is attached to the reservation, a party will automatically be created.
You can also add an existing party to a reservation when creating a new reservation!
You can attach a party to an existing reservation by opening the new party card section on the stay card, searching for a party, and attaching a party whose party dates fall within the reservation’s stay dates.

Here's a quick glance at what you can expect:
Group Rooming List Import:
You can upload a group rooming list via CSV file from Groups > Manage Groups > Select Group > Rooming List Tab.
From the Rooming List tab on the group profile, you’ll notice a purple IMPORT button.
Upon clicking this button, you’ll be able to import a CSV file to Stayntouch PMS!
Party Reservations:
When a reservation with 2 or more rooms is created and is not attached to a group or allotment, and a guest card is attached to the reservation, a party will automatically be created.
