Ability to split a reservation - room changes

Zoku Hotels is requesting the ability to split a reservation for room changes. Currently, the process requires the hotel staff to shorten the existing reservation, create a new reservation, if a guest wants to change rooms. This feature would streamline the process, making it more efficient and user-friendly for both staff and guests.

Implementing this feature would save time and reduce the potential for errors, improving overall guest experience and operational efficiency.


SNT Team

One Ocean Resort & Spa - Sage Hospitality - would also like to see this enhancement. It was something they had in their old PMS and was much simpler for managing planned room moves.

This would be a great feature in addition to allowing us to make reservations under one booking for multiple night stays with the same guest and different room types
